When you’re in the throws of romance, you’re walking around on a cloud. Everything you do and see is touched with a haze of pink and cupid’s darts. The rest of the world, however, is toddling along, unaware of your heart’s song. Sometimes it’s better to keep it private and not let every social media outlet you’re on know.

If you’re wondering what to do about online romatic musings, Zoosk, the romantic social network recently conducted a poll. They surveyed Americans and asked them what they thought of all those posts that seem to be all over Facebook.

60 percent were cautious about posting anything romantic because they were worried what their co-workers would think about it.

64 percent would share updates on their dating if they weren’t friends with their co-workers on Facebook.

38 percent don’t post anything relationship-related because of co-worker concerns.
