Michelle Williams

Actress Michelle William was in London recently attending the London Film Festival. She was at the premiere of her new movie, Blue Valentine. You may ask yourself why her hair is platinum. She’s portraying Marilyn Monroe in the upcoming movie, My Week With Marilyn. Michelle might be portraying someone from the past, but her outfit is from the future- Spring 2011, that is. Here’s how you can take next spring’s hot trend and wear it now, but for much less.

Topshop dress

1. Dress
Michelle is wearing English designer Erdem’s pricey red lace dress. Fret not, because you can wear red lace now at a much lower price. Check out this Peter Pan swing lace dress from Topshop for only $90.

Leopard shoe

2. Shoes
Michelle’s feet are shod in pumps from Charlotte Olympia. Now, most of us don’t feel like dropping $900 or so on shoes that you can scuff up. Instead grab the Nine West Barbe pump, they’re only $59.99 at DSW.

Clutch

3. Clutch
The Brokeback Mountain actress paired her animal print pumps with a black box clutch also from Charlotte Olympia. Take a style cue from Michelle and carry a small black bag too. The Menbur pleat-detailed box clutch is only $43.45.

I would never have thought to pair animal print and lace, and I like the way it looks.

Ya know it's not really doing anything for me. I have never been super crazy about lace.
