Don’t worry, James McAvoy is fine—he’s just performing a stunt here for his new movie, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby. How daring!
We don’t know much about the plot of The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby; we can probably assume, however, that it centers around a woman named Eleanor Rigby, possibly named for the Beatles song, who disappears in some way, shape, or form (duh). What we do know is that Jessica Chastain is playing the titular Eleanor, and that this wacky taxi crash occurs after an argument between Jessica’s and James’ characters (James is playing a man named Connor Ludlow).
