Designer Nicholas K is the very first show at Lincoln Center during New York Fashion Week. At 9 am sharp (more or less), on September 9th.

Who is Nicholas K? It's actually two people! The line is designed by Nicholas Kunz and her brother/business partner Christopher Kunz. They started their womenswear line in 2003 and followed up with a men’s line in 2006.

For spring 2011, they’ve used dusky earth tones and are combining utilitarian style with breezy fabrics like sand washed cotton velour and puckered cotton voile for women. For men, they’re using sheer basics and scoop neck shirting.

They’re going to showcase accessories like berets with leather trim. Scarves and bags in accent colors and custom-made Gemini aviator glasses. The accessories along with the outfits will create a polished, military cross boho look. All perfect for the nomadic traveler in your life!
