She was sued for being a mistress, attempted suicide, and released an album that didn’t sell well, but now, American Idol winner, Fantasia, has something to celebrate.

She’s expecting her second child!

According to a report in People, the North Carolina native announced that the baby bump that we all spotted weeks ago is in fact her newest bundle of joy.

Choosing to share the exciting news during a charity concert in Jacksonville, Florida this past weekend, Fantasia made it clear that this pregnancy is joyous for her!

"And I share this with you because I can relate to you. And for a while, I walked around figuring out what they will say and what will they think about me. But now I tell you, I don't live my life for folk,” she told the thousands of fans in attendance.

“So, this child that I carry – God has given me this child. And I don't have to hide it from none of y'all.”

This child will join her 9-year old big sister, Zion. Sources say the two couldn’t be happier to be welcoming a new child and sibling.

But the question we want answered is…who is the father?

Fantasia has not named him, but after being spotted recently with ex-boyfriend Antwaun Cook on vacation, our skeptical antennas are up.

For those who were on vacation in Antarctica last summer, Antwaun’s ex-wife, Paula Cook, sued Fantasia for alienation of affection, blaming her for their divorce. She lost the case, but the “Even Angels” singer cited the negative publicity from their relationship as one of the reasons that she attempted suicide last August.

What a difference a year makes.
