Hilary Duff was in New York City yesterday to join her former Gossip Girl co-star Jessica Szohr and other celebs at the SoBe “Try Everything” challenge held at Madison Square Park. The day was filled with fun activities inspired by the different flavors of SoBe, from bowling with melons to pitching apples to milking fake orange cream cows!
Aside from trying her best to bowl a strike with a melon, the former Disney star has been busy enjoying married life with her hockey player husband, Mike Comrie, whom she married almost one year ago. The couple just returned from a romantic vacation in Maui, the site where Mike popped the question.

Hilary, 23, has also been busy shedding her good-girl image with more serious movie roles. Her character, Raven, in the new movie, Bloodworth, is a dark, troubled young woman who lives with her alcoholic prostitute mother. Hilary is hoping the role will open her fans’ eyes to the dynamic actress she’s grown up to be.
She’s also signed on to play Bonnie in the remake of Bonnie & Clyde, though there have been rumors that she’s been axed from the project.
In the video below, Hilary addresses these rumors, tells us more about married life with Mike, and shares her big plans for Memorial Day weekend! Check it out!
