When it comes to “holiday overeating,” most of us automatically think of Thanksgiving through New Year’s. And while that can be a terrifying time if you’re watching your weight, summer can have just as many food traps. Controlling appetite and slowed metabolism can be the biggest hurdles. Don't you also hate when people that have been fat most of their lives lose weight, then constantly "put down" those that are overweight? Just a mess, isn't it?
