Dane Cook’s half brother Darryl McCauley is going away for a few years – because he embezzled millions from the comedian!

McCauley served as Cook's business manager for over a decade before he starting taking some extra cash for himself. On Wednesday, McCauley pleaded guilty to 27 counts of larceny over $250, along with charges of embezzlement and forgery. He even wrote himself a check for $3 million out of Cook’s account before he was caught in 2008 – there’s nothing quite like brotherly love!

McCauley was sentenced to five to six years in prison, and will have to serve 10 years of probation beyond that. It’s enough to make us feel bad for Cook – but who knew he had that much money? (People)
