After a photo of The Dream cavorting on a beach with his assistant Melissa Santiageo surfaced, Christina pulled the plug on their marriage. According to him, they split up late last year, but according to her they had "marital relations" on several occasions after he filed divorce papers.

Christina and The Dream, parents to 5-month-old daughter Violet, signed an agreeement that she would waive alimony rights, but that is also in dispute.
