Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield have gone bi-costal! The Amazing Spider-Man love birds reportedly already shacked up together in an apartment in New York earlier this year; now, though, they’ve added a California residence to their list of abodes. And you know what? It’s actually pretty cozy-looking!

According to The Real Estalker, Emma and Andrew’s new digs are in the Coldwater Canyon section of Beverly Hills and went for $2,500,000. Fun fact: The flagstone-faced ranch residence was once owned by Dudley Moore. The property boasts four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over 3,862 square feet. Here’s the exterior:

The entrance hall (which, by the way, has gorgeous hard wood floors) leads to a step-down living room featuring a vaulted wood ceiling, partially paneled walls, a ginormous white brick fireplace, and French doors. The French doors open onto a courtyard terrace. Oh, and there’s also a set of double glass doors in the living room that open to a walk-in, temperature-controlled wine closet. Chi-chi!
