Remember when fashion giant Karl Lagerfeld announced his new line, ‘KARL’? Well, the Lagerfeld design house and luxe retailer Net-a-Porter have just released the first images from the collection!

Slated to launch on January 25, 2012 exclusively on Net-a-Porter, it will contain more than 70 haute pieces. Holli Rogers, the company’s buying director, said the collection “exudes effortless cool and is quintessential Karl.”

 You’ll find everything from sweatshirts and tees to trendy pants and dresses designed by the renowned Lagerfeld. Oh, and we can’t forget about the accessories: shoes and bags will also feature prominently in the line. Expect cool shades like grey, silver, black, white, burgundy, and pink.

The industry icon created standout pieces like sleeveless leather jackets, zipper-adorned dresses, silk blouses, athletic shorts, and leather skirts. Prices range from $50 for an embellished purse to a hefty $1,000 for one of the larger badass leather goods.

“We are working on a lot of amazing ideas which are all about making luxury affordable and accessible,” Lagerfeld said. “I’m very excited about bringing this vision to life with this brand.”
