Remember the Bling Ring? That group of burglars who managed to steal a whopping $2 million from Paris Hilton over the course of different robberies? The ones who also managed to nab ridiculous amounts of booty from the likes of Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr, Rachel Bilson, and Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox? Well, guess what? Rachel Lee, the mastermind behind the whole venture, has been sentenced to four years in prison for the raid on Audrina Patridge’s house in 2009.

According to TMZ, Lee pleaded no contest to one count of first degree residential burglary last month. Apparently the thief nabbed $43,000 worth of items from Audrina, including her passport, some jewelry, a laptop, and some designer jeans. Four other members of the gang are still cooling their heels; they’re awaiting trial for the burglaries of Orlando, Megan, Paris, and Lindsay Lohan.

The kicker? Rachel Lee is only 21 years old. The Bling Ring were all teenagers when they carried out their crimes. By and large, they were able to make their way into the houses via doors that had been left open. It just goes to show that you should never underestimate the worth of a good lock!
