Beauty Road Test: Yes To Carrots Leave-In Conditioner
Give summer-parched hair some relief with Yes To Carrots Leave-In Conditioner.
Bettys, can we talk? Our hair takes a serious beating during the summer. The sun shines down mercilessly on our locks every day. If you’re a tennis buff, love golf or wandering around fairs, the sun is sucking out what little moisture’s left in your hair. You wash and condition it, but it’s still sad. I know my own hair is unhappy. There’s not a day that I’m not wetting it down–just to cool off. Le sigh.
I recently tried Yes To Carrots Leave-In Conditioner ($8.99, yestocarrots.com and at drug stores and mass merchandisers nationwide). It contains Argan oil for shine, keratin proteins to feed your hair and contains 97 percent natural ingredients. After the first use, my hair was super shiny, soft and manageable. I let my hair air dry–having minimal frizz with air dried hair is (for me) a rarity.
A little goes a very long way. So be careful when you squeeze the tube!
It didn’t weigh my hair down. It didn’t make it feel greasy, it just felt like hair, not straw. Hallalooo!
