Wow. It looks like Britney Spears is really making an effort to jettison anything she doesn’t need, because two weeks after her Hidden Hills mansion went up for sale, she’s put her Beverly Hills house on the market as well. You know: The one where she had her infamous breakdown before being wheeled out on a gurney on January 4, 2008. Talk about spring cleaning!
Located in the chi-chi gated community The Summit, the Mediterranean villa boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and maid’s quarters (in case you’re still living in a previous century and have live-in “help”). The master suite has (of course) his and her baths, a fireplace, and a loggia, and the kitchen features top-of-the-line Viking appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast nook that may be too large really to be considered a “nook.” There’s also a pool, a spa, a beautifully landscaped property, and a three-car garage. Drooling yet?

It’s actually pretty homy-looking, isn’t it? That’s somewhat surprising; celebrity mansions can be many things, but “homy” isn’t usually one of them. This one looks quite cozy, though!
