The Billboard Awards were held last night in Vegas and they were hosted by Modern Family’s Julie Bowen. Rapper Wiz Khalifa picked up the Best New Artist Award, Justin Bieber won the Top Social Artist Award, Katy Perry picked up the Spotlight Award, Taylor Swift picked up yet another award, Woman of the Year, and Lil Wayne walked away with the Male Artist of the Year Award. There were a lot of other awards, but checking out the dresses was way more fun! The big trend was shimmy dresses in a rainbow of pastels. So let’s go over the best and the worst dressed of the night.

Best Dressed

Zooey Deschanel

Talk about major cuteness! Zooey Deschanel channels a ’60s Go Go girl in a silver beaded Moschino dress with Miu Miu shoes and dangling earrings.
