Uma Thurman Calls Off Engagement

Yet another case of celeb love gone awry!

Kill Bill star Uma Thurman will not be taking a trip down the aisle for the third time, despite her year-long engagement to fiancé Arpad "Arki" Busson.

A little bird claims the attractive couple, who began dating in 2007, officially called it quits about two months ago. It is expected that Uma will return the 8-plus carat engagement ring Busson gave her (though it would make an amazing parting gift).

In September the actress told W magazine she wasn’t in a rush to marry the London-based multimillionaire, and pointed out that she couldn’t go live with him - even if she wanted to - because her children need their father.

While absence tends to make the heart grow fonder, living apart for long stretches of time can be murder on a relationship! Sounds as if Uma couldn’t take it any longer. (People)
