2. Oh what a diary Heather Mills' former nanny must have. The 24-year-old nanny, Sarah Trumble, is suing Mills for sex discrimination, claiming she was made to blow dry Mills' hair daily and give her naked spray tans each week. Heather's spokesperson said, "Heather is devastated that Sara, who Heather considered a part of her family, should choose to level these accusations at her. This claim will be vigorously defended."

To make matters even more confusing, yesterday Trumble logged onto YouTube to say all the rumors all false. "They're all lies," she says ... not so convincingly. Hmm, we wonder if they ... ahem, settled ... out of court? (Daily Mail)

3. Another celeb closet smoker gets caught ... this time it's Selma Hayek who was spotted out and about this weekend puffing away with her mother and (gasp!) daughter in tow. Other secret smokers (some of whom claim to have quit) include Eva Longoria, Lauren Conrad, Britney Spears and Anne Hathaway. Maybe Barack Obama can lead the charge to nix the nicotine all together ... at least among those so many look up to. (New York Daily News)

3. Everyone wants to sell out Amy Winehouse ... First her scummy husband, now her one-time "personal assistant." Apparently, Alex Hain, who was also Winehouse's lover, sold his very detailed story to News of the World recounting the troubled singer's bulimia, drug use, self abuse and sexual compulsions. We get that the economy is bad and all, but that's still just a crappy thing to do to a woman who is clearly troubled and doesn't need any extra betrayal in her life from someone she employed. And good luck getting hired as a personal assistant again! (News of the World)

5. Tara Reid's Rehab for Publicity? According to Star Magazine, Promises rehab facility has been hit by the economy and hasn't had a high-profile star in some time, so they offered to comp Tara's $1,600-a-night stay. Publicity stunt or not, at least she got some sober time ... (Celebitchy)
