Randy and Evi Quaid are facing a slew of problems after ditching their massive hotel bill in September on top of failing to show up to court three times.

The D-list celebs were supposed to attend a court hearing on Thursday and to no one’s surprise, they opted to stay home. Prosecutors informed E! News of the absence, and stated that the partners in crime are facing arrest.

Furthermore, extradition proceedings are underway and the stars’ outstanding arrest warrants are presently effective. The DA told RadarOnline.com that “If extradition is approved, we will go to wherever they are and bring them back—in custody.”

The couple has also made an error in judgment by shunning their lawyers.

"It is my understanding that they do not have counsel," the prosecutor told the judge on Thursday. "They did have counsel but they no longer do." (Newser)
