The family of the late spokesman is not only okay with people dressing up as Billy Mays for Halloween, they're sponsoring a costume contest.

Halloween is this week and if you still haven’t decided on a costume, why not go as late TV pitchman Billy Mays who died last June? The family of the “OxiClean” spokesman is not only is okay with people dressing up as their dad, they are even sponsoring a costume contest on Where is Billy Mays?, their dad's official website.
Son Billy Mays III will be in charge of selecting the three winners with the best costumes who will receive various Billy Mays goodies as prizes.
“All I'm trying to do is spread some positivity out there in the world," he wrote on the website, defending the contest. "Couldn't hurt, could it?" (People)
