We're all rooting for Jake Pavelka to propose to the love of his life on The Bachelor finale, which airs March 1. In 2002, the inaugural Bachelor chose — but did not propose to — Amanda Marsh over Trista Rehn (now married to firefighter Ryan Sutter, the man she picked on the inaugural season of The Bachelorette) but they ended their relationship after a few months. The management consultant has been dating the same woman for a few years and reveals they might get married. “It’s definitely a possibility,” says Alex, who did walk away from the show with a job as the “romance and proposal expert” for Princess Cruises’ Department of Romance!

Aaron Buerge (Season 2)

It took seven years for the bank executive to find true love after his Bachelor days, but he did it. On August 8, 2009, Aaron tied the knot with commercial insurance agent Angye McIntosh in their hometown of Springfield, Mo., and two months later, their daughter Aven was born (you do the math!). The couple poked a little Bachelor fun when it came to naming their first child. "Avens are roses, so we thought it appropriate," Aaron jokes.
