Songbird Susan Boyle claims that she had to change her telephone number after reaching celebrity status as everyone and their uncle continued to call her at all hours of the night. She also grew very uncomfortable with the hoards of television crews and paparazzi that were always outside her door.

"It was like being inside a giant pressure cooker, where the lid bubbles up and bubbles up and soon the pressure cooker goes,” Susan divulged. “Everything had built up, and I was exhausted. You have to understand, my life ceased to be normal.”
