
Attention Wii fans: Food Network debuted a brand new game last week for the aspiring chef in all of us, called Cook or Be Cooked. This multi-player game features 30 real recipes that you need to prepare like an expert chef. Use your wii remote to chop, slice, and dice your ingredients like the pros. Prep time 30 minutes, makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli (about 1 pound)
2 cloves garlic
1 1-inch piece fresh ginger
1 pound chicken stir-fry strips (or whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts; see Cook’s Note, below)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt, plus additional for seasoning
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
