Spring Fashion Trend: Florals Are In!

Much like spring’s real live perennials – daffodils, crocuses and tulips – the return of fashionably flowery prints is something we look forward to every year. What better way to celebrate the first rays of warmth, or to dispel the blues of a dreary February day?

This season, look for vintage-inspired prints with a retro vibe, like Scarlett Johansson’s classic, yet sexy dress (above) or Topshop’s floral bralet, which just begs to be worn under a denim jacket.

Or make it modern by adding a few twists to this old standard. Liberty florals are surprisingly cute on heavy-duty Doc Martens, and paired with a leather jacket, any of these pieces become stylishly edgy.
