Snooki

Snooki may act like drinking is all fun and games on Jersey Shore, but her habit has caused her some trouble with the law in the past. The reality television personality was charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages after a 2004 party at her home left one teenager dead.

18-year-old Michael Truncali was a senior at Marlboro High School in New York when he attended a party at then-16-year-old Snooki’s mother’s house, where Snooki and others were charging partygoers for alcohol. When he left the party, Truncali got behind the wheel. His blood alcohol level was .18, more than twice the legal limit, when he lost control of his car and died.

Snooki did not serve time in jail for the charge. (RadarOnline)
