Former Alaska governor and one-time vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is set to tell her story this fall: the publication of her memoir Going Rogue has been moved up to Nov. 17. The book was originally scheduled to be released next spring.
“The book is done and they love it,” said Robert Barnett, Palin’s Washington lawyer. Publishers are said to have moved up the publication of the book in time for the holiday season and a huge first printing of 1.5 million copies has been ordered, the same amount as the first run of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy’s memoir, True Compass.
The title of Palin’s memoir refers to a phrase she embraced at the end of her troubled campaign last year for the vice-presidency alongside Sen. John McCain. (Politico)
