Snow Glacier Cocktail
Makes 1 drink
Ingredients:
Honey or corn syrup
Sweetened shredded coconut
1 ounce vodka, Smirnoff No. 21™
½ ounce passion fruit liqueur
¼ ounce orange liqueur, Grand Marnier®
1 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour honey onto a plate. Place coconut on another plate. Dip the rim of a chilled glass into honey; dip in coconut. Set glass aside. In a blender, combine vodka, passion fruit liqueur, orange liqueur, and ice. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glass.
Russian cream
Makes 1 drink
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder, Medaglia D’Oro®
2 tablespoons hot water
1 ounce vanilla flavored vodka, Smirnoff®
½ ounce Irish cream liqueur, Baileys®
Preparation:
In a small bowl, stir espresso powder into the hot water until dissolved. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add espresso, vodka, and liqueur. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Sugarplum Rouge
Makes 6 drinks
Ingredients:
1 cup gin, Tanquerey®
6 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon sugar-free peach gelatin powder
½ teaspoon unsweetened tropical punch mix
Tonic water
gumdrops
Preparation:
In a large pitcher, combine gin, lemonade concentrate, sugar, gelatin powder, and punch mix. Stir in 5 cups water. Serve in glasses. Add a splash of tonic water to each glass. Garnish with gumdrops.
