What's next for Sandra Bullock? The Golden Globe winner, who will most likely be nominated for an Academy Award on February 2, is telling close friends that Oscar or not, she plans to take some time off before filming another movie in order to spend time with her family.

At the end of December, Sandra and her husband of four-and-a-half years, motorcycle tycoon and reality TV star Jesse James, were awarded custody of his daughter, Sunny, 5. Jesse’s ex, porn star, Janine Lindemulder, was requesting regular overnight visits with her daughter, but was denied by a judge.

“Sandra wants to spend time with Sunny,” says a friend. “She and Jesse put a lot of time and energy into fighting for custody of Sunny; and now that they have it, they want to make the most of their time with her. Family is their number one priority.”

Last year, while Jesse and Sandra were battling for custody of the little girl, the 45-year-old cut back on her workload in order to be with Jesse and his kids. He also has two older sons, Chandler, 15, and Jesse, Jr., 12, with his first wife, Karla James.

Sandra has four films in development, and even though it's been quite a year for her, she isn’t expected to begin production on any of the films for a while. Her star is shining brighter than ever with the success of her last two films, The Blind Side and The Proposal. As of 2009, her films had grossed more than $2.7 billion worldwide. And The Blind Side, which opened at the number 2 spot behind New Moon with $34.2 million, gave Sandra her highest opening weekend ever. And it’s also the first movie in history to pass the $200 million mark with only one top-billed female star.
