It would be wise of Uma Thurman to hire a husky lad to stand guard outside her Manhattan home as Robert Pattinson fans are sure to cause a ruckus after hearing of the actor’s upcoming film.
The Twilight cutie is set to star in a version of French author Guy de Maupassant’s 19th Century novel Bel Ami, in which he will portray a savvy journalist who beds women in order to advance his career.
And guess who Mr. Pattinson’s character has his eye on? Yep, Uma Thurman!

“Before Twilight, I did any movie that I got offered, and you’d try and make the best of it afterward,” Rob recently said of his rise to fame. “But now, you’re expected to come into the movie and provide not only economic viability, but also a performance as well.”
