President Obama is definitely a man who likes to laugh. He cracks jokes in his speeches and is often seen laughing and smiling with his family.

And apparently, while angry tea partiers were protesting taxes yesterday,  Obama was laughing it up at a Democratic fundraiser at the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. He can't help but find the tea party to be "amusing."

"I've been a little amused over the last couple of days where people have been having these rallies about taxes," Obama told the audience. "You would think they should be saying thank you."

Since being in office, Obama's administration has actually implemented a number of tax-cuts – moves that positively affect the same people who are protesting them.
