As Moët & Chandon's entertaining ambassador, Katie Lee has the inside scoop on what the Academy Awards nominees will be feasting on inside the Governor's Ball on Sunday night. Here, she gives us the exclusive "Golden Glamour" cocktail recipe that will be served to the stars on the red carpet, as well as tasty finger foods to make for when you watch all the action go down at home.

Oscar nominees will be calming their nerves by sipping on this cocktail both on the red carpet and inside the Governor's Ball. Katie says the menu for the stars that evening includes comfort foods, like Kobe beef sliders, which go nicely with this fizzy cocktail.Golden Glamour It will also go great with Katie's Chinese Five-Spice Kettle Corn and Chicken Lettuce Cups, which are featured below.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne

0.25 oz. Navan

1.5 oz. Passion Fruit Juice

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a champagne coupe. Top with fresh sprig of mint for garnish.

Chinese Five-Spice Kettle Corn

“I eat popcorn almost every night and I like to experiment with different flavors," Katie says. "I make this Chinese Five-Spice Kettle Corn to enjoy with cocktails and also package it up in take-out boxes for a party favor if I have guests.”

Kettle CornMakes 6 to 8 servings (Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cook Time: 5 minutes)

Ingredients:

¾ cup popcorn

¼ cup canola oil

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice powder

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preparation:

1. In a pot with a tight-fitting lid over medium heat, combine popcorn, oil, sugar, 5 Spice powder, and salt. Shake constantly.

2. When popcorn begins to pop, lower heat to medium-low. Continue to shake until popping begins to slow and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with melted butter.
