Although Charlie Sheen was hoping to strike a deal with the Colorado District Attorney’s office, it’s a no-go according to RadarOnline.com.
The site is reporting that Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin plans to reject any agreement that does not involve a felony.
As of now Sheen is facing one felony and two misdemeanor charges stemming from the Christmas incident when he allegedly attacked his wife Brooke Mueller.
