Molly Sims has a lot to smile about right now. We caught up with the former Vegas star in Florida over the weekend, where she had just launched her new jewelry line, Grayce, on HSN. Molly was kicking back with her family, but there was one important person missing — her new guy, Aaron Eckhart.

The ex model and the Love Happens star were first spotted out together last week at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and when we asked her about it, she confirmed with a giggle and a big smile that they were an item.

        
She wouldn’t say more than that, but what Molly did want to talk about was her new jewelry line, which was inspired by her mom’s collection.

“My mom has been collecting jewelry for 30 years,” Molly told BettyConfidential. “She’s been going to estate auctions since I was 5 years old and she got me hooked. She would buy things from 25 cents to $50. Her passion became my passion.”
