Michelle Obama is currently kicking about New York with her children, taking in Broadway shows and sampling the Big Apple’s fine cuisine.

On Tuesday Mrs. Obama was spotted at Aquavit, the eatery owned by Marcus Samuelsson (who famously prepared the White House’s first state dinner).

"She came by with a group of friends," a witness divulged. "She was wearing a sleeveless black dress and had the tasting menu.

Michelle also spent time at Dinosaur Bar-B-Q in Harlem and Grimaldi's pizzeria in Brooklyn this week.
