Michael Jackson’s body may have looked sickly and frail in the weeks preceding his death, but according to an autopsy report by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, he was actually in fairly good health shortly before he died of an overdose.
Although Jackson did have a few health issues – his lungs were chronically inflamed and he had arthritis in his lower spine and some fingers – he was otherwise in good health for a 50-year-old. The autopsy reports showed that his heart was strong and that his 136 pound weight was in the acceptable range for a 5-foot-9 man.
Jackson died of an overdose of anesthetic propofol and two other sedatives on June 25th, administered by Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently the target of the investigation into Jackson’s death. (Fox News)
