Martha Stewart had some pole dancers on her show Monday and she JOINED IN WITH THEM.

Yes.

Isn’t it just something you never thought you’d see together in a sentence? It’s almost as improbable as “Martha Stewart” and “jail time.”

(Oh, wait …)

Apparently pole-dancing workouts are all the rage and the good ladies from S Factor, a stripper moves exercise class, thought it would be fun for us to watch a barefoot Martha swivel her hips and give the pole a go. And give it a go she did!

At one point the pole-dance instructor screeched, “Oh my God I got Martha!”

Mean Betty tried covering her ears but Mean Betty’s eyes betrayed her.
