Mariah Carey continues to party like a diva, putting all of those pregnancy rumors to rest for the moment. On Saturday night, she threw hubby Nick Cannon a wild 29th birthday in Las Vegas and took part in the festivities. Mariah, 39, set up a soiree at the Bank nightclub in the Bellagio hotel and casino with a special birthday cake, but before the party, Mariah sang “Happy Birthday” to Nick during her concert, with the accompaniment of the audience.

Nick and Mariah traveled to Las Vegas early last week to spend a few days relaxing at the Bellagio before her performances. An insider tells BettyConfidential, “Mariah wanted to make Nick’s birthday special. She had a birthday cake made in the shape of DJ turntables with a special message that read, ‘Happy Birthday DJ Sexy Fingers! Love M.C.C.’ Nick wanted to DJ, so he spent over two hours spinning old school hits like Michael Jackson while Mariah danced right by his side!”

Clubgoers confirm that for the second week in a row, Mariah enjoyed wine and spirits, squashing the pregnancy whispers that continue to circulate. “Mariah drank red wine and stayed until nearly 3 a.m., dancing and having a great time with their small crew.”
