Pretty lady Heather Locklear is in trouble with the law again. Last Saturday at around 4 a.m., neighbors called to complain that someone hit a parking sign near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village where Locklear lives.

When police investigated the incident, they saw Locklear’s banged up black BMW parked at her house, and immediately cited her with a misdemeanor traffic ticket. Contrary to initial reports, she was not arrested or taken into custody, because police have yet to find out if she was the one driving the vehicle at the time of the collision.

But it’s not looking too good for Locklear.

The Melrose Place star was arrested in 2008 for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription drugs in Santa Barbara. She was given three years probation – so this latest incident (if she was the one behind the wheel) could be a probation violation. Uh oh! (TMZ)
