RadarOnline.com has obtained an impassioned audio tape of a phone call between Lindsay Lohan’s parents, Dina and Michael, which reveals that the young star was knocking boots with the Joker Heath Ledger just before he passed away from an accidental overdose.

In the 2008 recording Dina Lohan tells her ex that Lindsay was utterly beside herself following the actor’s passing, and that the two were “very, very close” right up until the end.

LiLo’s mother also stated that she decided to come forth with the info as she feared for her daughter’s life, "Because when she's drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking.”
