Insiders tell RadarOnline.com that Michael Lohan is to be served with a restraining order within the next 48 hours as Lindsay fears that he will kidnap her to discuss her legal situation with the judge presiding over her probation case.

Michael thinks that his ex-wife Dina is the one who is pushing for the restraining order, and according to sources close to the Lohan camp he is indeed correct.

The paperwork is currently being organized, and so far the plan is for the actress to be as far away from L.A. as possible while her fame-hungry papa is in town.

"If Lindsay isn't already in New York City, she is on her way,” a source slipped to the Web site. “That was the plan to make sure she wasn't around for any of his crazy antics."

We don’t blame Linds, this guy has been in and out of prison more times than DMX and has spent the past several years badmouthing his daughter just to get some media exposure. The dude is also best buds with fellow fame-whore Jon Gosselin … need we say more? (RadarOnline.com)
