Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have pulled one of the smartest moves two celebrity lovers can possibly make -- signing a prenuptial agreement.

RadarOnline.com reports that the ins and outs were hammered out last week and that the wedding license for the pair will most likely be filed early this week.

Lamar will have complete control over his $33 million from the 4-year-contract he has with the LA Lakers, and he will also be financing a home for himself and Khloe (it will likely cost at least $5 million according to TMZ).

Khloe can look forward to an annual allowance – no word on how much – and the joint bank account which Lamar has agreed to set up. Not too shabby!

“There is a tremendous amount of love between the two, and that will prevail in the end,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “It might get rocky at times, but Lamar and Khloe are very much in love."
