We may not have heard that much from Kate Gosselin in the past couple weeks, but that doesn't mean the reality star isn't hard at work.

Besides working on the production of a new television show on TLC, Kate is also getting ready to release her new book, I Just Want You to Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family (Zondervan Publishers) on April 13. The book, which has Kate on the cover with her new hair extensions, is Kate's way of telling each of her eight children just how much she loves them.

She said in a statement: "Each day the thought crosses my mind that when they get older, my kids are going to look back and think about how they were raised. I know they will have a lot of questions about things that may not make sense because they were raised so unconventionally. I don’t want them to grow up and wonder; I want them to know without a shadow of a doubt how much I love them and how much every sacrifice made was worth it for them."

Along with prayers, Kate's new book will feature pages from her personal diary as well as eight letters written to each of her children. She will be able to place this latest work on the shelf next to her two previous New York Times bestsellers, Multiple Blessings and Eight Little Faces. (People)
