In a no-holds-barred interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show airing Wednesday, Kate Gosselin touches on everything from media attention, to her estranged hubby Jon, to taking off her wedding ring.

“Certain events take place that makes us sitting ducks," she explained. "It makes us easy targets."

Kate feels that she has been “targeted” and “torn apart” by the press time and again, although she tries to block out the cameras and the paps as best as she can in order to give her children the attention they deserve.

As a nice little slap in the face to Jon, the reality show mama said, "Certain ones of us speak a lot; others of us prefer to keep our mouths shut."

With her wedding ring now off Kate is mulling over a new band that has “eight little diamonds surrounded by mother of pearl," which reminds her of her brood.

"It's the symbol of me and the kids together forever,” she disclosed.

Proving that she is the more levelheaded one in this ongoing saga, Kate also made sure to note that she won’t be purchasing a shiny new ring until she has a secure job once again. (UsMagazine.com)
