Justin Timberlake in the Mafia?

Justin Timberlake and Robert DeNiro are friends beyond just appearing on the first episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon together. Two of the most private celebrity men have bonded over a little piece of land called Tribeca. I call it the Tribeca Celebrity Mafia (similar to the Australian Celebrity Mafia) and it includes names like Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, Jay Z, Beyonce, Damon Dash, and now…Justin Timberlake.
Justin decided to move down to the TRIangle BElow CAnal street (that is where the crafty name originated) last month to add a home base in New York. While he searched for property, then waited for his posh pad to be finished, he stayed in DeNiro’s lush hotel, The Greenwich, during multiple visits to the city. Other notable celebs who stay in the hotel are Anne Hathaway, Eminem, Rachel McAdams and Robert Downey Jr.
Friends of Timberlake and girlfriend of two years, Jessica Biel, tell me that Justin plans to spend plenty of his time in his new loft. In between dropping by Saturday Night Live as a surprise guest and hitting golf balls at Chelsea Piers, the singer and actor is hoping for a little fashion inspiration from the city that never sleeps for his William Rast collection. His personal shopper buys his clothes from Barney’s in SoHo and you can spot the superstar playing basketball and taking walks along the Hudson River. In a few weeks, expect to see JT at the Tribeca Film Festival.

I LOVE JUSTIN!! He can act, sing, dance and he also plays guitar and piano beautifully. Oh, and he donates tons of $$ to help keep musical education alive in schools across the country.

I don’t understand the appeal of Tribeca – I’m more of a Village girl myself…
