Michael Lohan is at it again: the Father of the Year contender must have more tapes running than the FBI. His latest victim? Jon Gosselin, of course.

Jon claims on the recording that TLC accepted money for two magazine stories without giving the Gosselins a cut.

“I put my kids out there to every pedophile on the planet and they never got paid for it?” Jon exclaims.

Hmm. Doesn’t Jon know that pedophiles can watch television? And what does money have to do with anything when it comes to your kids? Oh right - we're talking about Jon Gosselin.

“They tried to scare tactic me,” Jon says on the tape, claiming that he did not speak out about his disagreements with TLC because he feared repercussions from the network.

He also discusses Kate Major, and says she thought he made her look bad when he said they were "just friends."
