Hugh Jackman is going to need a shoulder to cry on (we’re available!) after hearing that Johnny Depp has been crowned the “Sexiest Man Alive” by People magazine.

Mr. I’m-So-Hot-It-Should-Be-Illegal joins two-time SMA title holders George Clooney and Brad Pitt (Johnny took home the gold in 2003 as well following the completion of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl).

“Johnny Depp was someone who was sexy 10 years ago," Kate Coyne, senior editor at People, explained on the Early Show. "He'll be sexy 10 years from now. He's someone who appeals to multiple generations of women."
