Ever since his 16-year-old son Jett died of a seizure on January 2 John Travolta has pretty much kept to himself (which is completely understandable). Now in a new interview with USA Today, the actor opens up for the first time about how his family is dealing with their tragic loss.
John, his wife Kelly Preston, and daughter Ella Bleu are still in the grieving stage but have been able to find some peace through religious counseling sessions.
“We've been working very hard every day as a family to heal,” Travolta stated. "We have our own way of doing it, and it has been helping."
The star opted to speak out not only because he felt it was time, but because he wants to focus his energies on his 9-year-old daughter, who will make her feature-film debut in the upcoming comedy Old Dogs which also stars Kelly and John.
We wish this wonderful family the best, and hope that they continue to seek the help they need. (USA Today)
