Jesse James’ ex-wife Janine Lindermulder may have a shot at regaining custody of her 6-year-old daughter Sunny now that the motorcycle tycoon’s home life is a shambles.

The onetime porn star, who is currently staying in a halfway house after being convicted of tax evasion, has filed legal papers in the case involving her daughter in the hopes of getting her back.

Lindermulder used to believe that obtaining partial custody of Sunny wasn’t even in the realm of possibility, but since James’ alleged Nazi-praising mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee has hit the scene it’s an entirely different story.

Lawyers for Lindermulder are aiming to use her June 14 court date to argue her case. (The New York Post)
