Jamie Lynn Spears Locked in Custody Battle with Casey Aldridge

Just when Jamie Lynn Spears was flying high due to the effects of newfound love, she was brought back down to earth at breakneck speed thanks to her baby daddy Casey Aldridge.

The young man’s mother was recently overheard saying that if Casey wants to live the good life then he should fight for custody of his daughter, 20-month old Maddie, so Jamie Lynn would be forced to fork over child support.

As one source said, “His family told him he could be another Kevin Federline and rake in the cash by being a stay-at-home dad!”

Luckily Jamie Lynn is refusing to go down without a fight.

“No way would she ever give in,” the informant added. “Jamie Lynn might even be willing to pay Casey just to keep him out of her and Maddie’s lives.”

Great, just what the Spears family needs, another freaking custody battle. If we were Jamie Lynn’s new man we’d give Mr. Aldridge a nice little talking to! (Showbiz Spy)
