As we’ve all heard Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband, Ojani Noa, is attempting to use semi intimate footage of the singer (taken when they were still together) in a movie he is making about their brief marriage.
Noa claims the video is not explicit, and now wants his lawyer to quiz J. Lo’s former beau - Diddy - on the existence of a possible sex tape, to illustrate any differences between the videos as a way of getting his movie made.
J. Lo has been fighting to keep the recording of her and Noa private, and Noa thinks that if there is a Diddy/Lopez film he can convince a judge to let him use his footage.
On Friday J. Lo lost a motion to have the case with Noa settled in arbitration. The two are set to face each other once again in court on March 4. No word yet on whether Diddy will attend! (The New York Post)
