Kristin Cavallari has always been one of Hollywood’s most petite stars, but since finishing her most recent stint in the unreal world of reality TV on The Hills, she’s looking more like skin and bones! The 23-year-old shocked onlookers when she walked the red carpet at the When In Rome premiere in Los Angeles on January 27, revealing that her cute, girly figure had been replaced with stick-like limbs and an emaciated face.

At 5’2”, Kristin appears to be a waifish 100 pounds, which is a dramatic drop from her estimated weight of 115 pounds last April (see pic below). “It’s only a difference of 15 pounds, but on her height that is too light,” nutritionist Majid Ali tells BettyConfidential. “Her arms are too thin and her face looks unhealthy.”

Appearing on television’s bitchiest show (until Jersey Shore came along, at least!) can understandably make a girl worry about her weight, especially when you consider her heated relationship and love rivalry with the always-skinny Audrina Patridge. Kristin revealed her diet secrets to Us magazine last September, saying she mainly survives on a high-protein diet of fish and veggies. She admitted that she’d been so busy promoting her new reality show for MTV that she was struggling to find time to eat and was resorting to nibbling on energy bars and skipping proper meals. “I’m not normally like that,” she told Us. “I have low energy and I get headaches a lot. I need to be better about it.”

"I've been a little stressed out. It's terrible, but stress can make you lose weight I guess,” concluded Kristin. While many of us get so caught up with our busy schedules that we neglect our health, Kristin needs to realize that healthy food and exercise are the key elements that keep you going during these times, and skipping meals is not the answer! Let’s hope that she gets back to a balanced lifestyle ASAP.
